Currently, students can apply for:

• Need-based tuition assistance for students from low-income families. This grant is assigned to cover the additional costs associated with acquiring higher education.

The application is made on the education portal edu.ee. 

• Need-based special support, which is intended for students who missed out on need-based study support because the previous income of family members exceeded the limit established for receiving the support (€762.50 per person per month in 2023), but recently the income has decreased significantly.
