TLÜ Cheerleaders is a dance group consisting of approximately 20 girls. We train and perform together for the fourth season already. You can regularly see us as cheerleaders at Tallinn University volleyball and basketball games and TLÜ/Kalev basketball championship games. We also often perform at several special events, such as Estonian Boxing MV, Estonian Plowing Championships, SEB Marathon, City Cup in Saaremaa, Student Summer Games, etc. In addition, we perform various show programs at Christmas parties, company events, birthdays, etc.

TLÜ Cheerleaders are feminine and energetic, we try to mix different styles in our dances, and it can easily happen that some dances are hip-hop in the style of Kanye West, and another is ultra-feminine in the style of J-Lo. There is also a great emphasis on dance technique and learning classical dance.

Training takes place four evenings a week in the halls of Tallinn University and in the Räägu 49 building. Each semester also includes a SuperShape weekend of master classes by guest coaches.

Our head coach is Terje Treimann, who has a very long experience in dance and a great wealth of knowledge.
