It is possible to apply for a student card for a person at least 16 years old<\/strong>, who is a matriculated student<\/strong> and is studying a higher education curriculum at a university<\/strong>, university of applied sciences<\/strong> or vocational education institution<\/strong> in Estonia or abroad. A person can study both full-time and part-time and in different forms of study (i.e. full-time study, distance study, cycle study, etc.). At the time of applying for the card, the student may also be on academic leave.<\/span><\/p>

Students of the Open University cannot apply for an ISIC student card except for students of the Open University of the University of Tartu. If a person studies the curriculum of the University of Tartu's open university (i.e. does not take only some subjects, e.g. as an external student, but completes the entire curriculum), he is a matriculated student and thus entitled to apply for an ISIC student card. Other higher education institutions do not have study programs approved by the Open University, so they are not matriculated students either, but free listeners.<\/span><\/p>

International ISIC student card<\/strong> proves your student status in more than 100 countries around the world. ISIC offers you various discounts at 1,000 points of sale in Estonia and 125,000 abroad. If you apply for an ISIC student card from a bank, it is also your bank card.<\/span><\/p>

Student cards containing a contactless chip can also be used in internal and external applications of the educational institution, including as a travel card in public transport in Tallinn and Harju County. It is possible to apply for ISIC student cards with and without a contactless chip from the EDUID card management system.     ISIC \u00fcli\u00f5pilaspilet \u00dcli\u00f5pilaspiletit on v\u00f5imalik taotleda v\u00e4hemalt 16-aastasel isikul, kes on immatrikuleeritud \u00fcli\u00f5pilane ning \u00f5pib k\u00f5rghariduslikul \u00f5ppekaval \u00fclikoolis, rakendusk\u00f5rgkoolis v\u00f5i kutse\u00f5ppeasutuses Eestis v\u00f5i v\u00e4lisriigis. Isik v\u00f5ib \u00f5ppida nii t\u00e4is- kui ka osakoormusel ning erinevates \u00f5ppevormides (st p\u00e4eva\u00f5pe, kaug\u00f5pe, ts\u00fckli\u00f5pe jm). Kaardi taotlemise hetkel v\u00f5ib \u00fcli\u00f5pilane olla ka akadeemilisel puhkusel. Avatud \u00fclikooli \u00f5ppuritel ei ole v\u00f5imalik ISIC \u00fcli\u00f5pilaspiletit taotleda, v.a Tartu \u00dclikooli avatud \u00fclikooli \u00f5ppe \u00f5ppuritel. Kui isik \u00f5pib Tartu \u00dclikooli avatud \u00fclikooli \u00f5ppekaval (ehk ei kuula ainult m\u00f5ningaid aineid nt eksternina, vaid l\u00e4bib kogu \u00f5ppekava), on ta immatrikuleeritud \u00fcli\u00f5pilane ja seega \u00f5igustatud ISIC \u00fcli\u00f5pilaspiletit taotlema. Teistel k\u00f5rgkoolidel ei ole avatud \u00fclikoolis kinnitatud \u00f5ppekavasid, seega ei ole tegemist ka immatrikuleeritud \u00fcli\u00f5pilastega, vaid vabakuulajatega. Eksternid, internid ja residendid ei ole \u00fclikooliseaduse m\u00f5istes \u00fcli\u00f5pilased, seega ei ole neil v\u00f5imalik \u00fcli\u00f5pilaspiletit taotleda. Rahvusvaheline ISIC \u00fcli\u00f5pilaspilet t\u00f5endab sinu \u00fcli\u00f5pilasstaatust rohkem kui 100 riigis \u00fcle maailma. ISIC pakub sulle erinevaid soodustusi Eestis 1000 ning v\u00e4lismaal 125 000 m\u00fc\u00fcgikohas. Kui taotled ISIC \u00fcli\u00f5pilaspileti pangast, on see \u00fchtlasi ka sinu pangakaart. Puutevaba kiipi sisaldavaid \u00fcli\u00f5pilaspileteid on v\u00f5imalik lisaks kasutada ka \u00f5ppeasutuse sisestes ja v\u00e4listes rakendustes, sh s\u00f5idukaardina Tallinna ja Harjumaa \u00fchistranspordis. EDUID kaardihalduss\u00fcsteemist on v\u00f5imalik taotleda nii puutevaba kiibiga kui ka kiibita ISIC \u00fcli\u00f5pilaspileteid. K\u00f5ik pangast taotletud ISIC \u00fcli\u00f5pilaspiletid sisaldavad puutevaba kiipi.
